Breuners.com provides shipping services to the 48 contiguous states. In-stock items are usually prepared for shipment within seven business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Our Customer Service Department will stay in close contact with you keeping you well informed of your order status by email and/or telephone.

Basic Curb-Side and In-Home Delivery
Once your order has been scheduled for pick-up from our distribution center you will receive a telephone call directly from the freight carrier. At that time, you may arrange for a delivery appointment. Some carriers will only arrange a delivery appointment after shipment arrives at the nearest terminal to your home. Remember, Curb-Side delivery does not include delivery into your home or garage. It is your responsibility to unpack, carry furniture to the desired location in your home, assemble furniture if applicable and dispose of all packing materials.

White Glove Delivery Service
Breuners.com has developed a Preferred Carrier Program for this type of delivery. You will receive a telephone call to arrange for delivery and set-up of your purchase in advance of shipping. Some carriers will only arrange a delivery appointment after shipment arrives at the nearest terminal to your home. White Glove Delivery Service is a specific delivery option available to our customers during your initial checkout. A two-person delivery team will deliver, carefully unpack your furniture and provide light assembly and detailing of your furniture in the room of your choice. All packing materials will be removed from your home and carted away.

Special Delivery Situations
If special delivery situations are present, please make this indication during checkout. We will contact you by telephone to evaluate and make special arrangements. If applicable, we will inform you of additional charges that will be added to your order. Special situations include but are not limited to:

• Military facilities/Government housing
• Walk-ups above 2nd floor. This includes buildings with elevators that furniture does not fit in.
• Narrow, spiral or other special stair configurations
• Remote, rural or mountainous delivery
